# Withdraw ETH / Tokens
Withdraw ETH / tokens plus interest by redeeming interest-earning fTokens.
## 1. Go to "My Account"
Go to "My Account" for all available actions.

## 2. Choose a lending pool
Choose a lending pool to make a deposit.

## 3. Click "Withdraw"
Withdraw ETH / Tokens plus interest by redeeming interest-earning fTokens.

## 4. Approve transfer
Approve fTokens for transfer - this is required once per fToken.

Final check before executing withdraw.

ETH / tokens plus interest will be in your wallet - in exchange for interest-earning fTokens.
