# Refinance a Loan

## 1. Go to "My Account"

Go to "My Account" for all available actions.

## 2. Choose a loan

Choose a loan to refinance.&#x20;

## 3. Click "Refinance"

Refinance the outstanding against all or selected NFTs.&#x20;

## 4. Configure & Approve

Configure refinance loan, and approve tokens for transfer - this is required once per token.

## 5. Confirm refinance

Final check before executing refinance

## 6. Success! :confetti\_ball:.

Loan terms will update, the NFT(s) will remain in escrow, and any token transfers will be actioned.
